Community Outreach
At Healthy Foundations, we're passionate about not just helping women one on one but also having our message reach teenage girls and women through our community outreach program. We offer speaking engagements either onsite at your company, school or designated location or virtually.

Through these speaking engagements, we relate to and educate women and young girls who may be going through or have gone through what so many others do - the pressures of dieting, trying to mold your body into a socially acceptable body type, misinformation about how our bodies work and feeling victim to our hormones, cycles and the aging process.
We believe that educating women on how their bodies work, the benefits of prioritizing hormone and cycle health and the importance of embracing and celebrating each unique and individual body increase confidence, happiness and health. This education and understanding benefits all other areas of their life from home life to work life to their own relationship with themselves.

Young Women
Through our outreach to young women, we focus on the importance of nourishing our bodies, both physically and mentally. We educate young women on how to properly eat and adjust their nutrition for their activity level, move and prioritize responsibilities based on their monthly hormone fluctuations. We also educate on the importance of not falling into dieting cycles or feeling the need to manage their weight through restriction of calories. We find this is especially impactful to women athletes!

When women establish a foundation of health, learn how to properly nourish themselves and work with their hormones at a young age, they can avoid many health imbalances later in life such as thyroid imbalance, fertility issues, disordered eating, blood sugar issues and so much more.

Women in the Workplace
Women in the Workplace focuses on educating women on how to properly nourish themselves, physically and mentally through their adult lives. Women experience many big hormone changes not only throughout their lives but on a monthly basis as well. We educate women on how their needs fluctuate along with these hormone changes and how to honor and address these changes. When women aren't aware of their fluctuating needs nutritionally and with physical movement each month, this can often lead to burnout both at work and at home, hormone imbalances such as thyroid and adrenal conditions, struggles with weight, fertility, blood sugar management and so much more.

We believe that educating women on how their bodies work and how their needs change can lead to an overall increase in satisfaction, productivity and happiness in their lives along with increased lifelong health outcomes.
