A 12-week, high-touch coaching experience designed to rebuild metabolism, improve body composition, and restore energy during perimenopause.

This is a fully personalized approach that adapts to your physiology, lifestyle, and goals.

  • Are experiencing noticeable changes in body composition, energy, or recovery

  • Feel like their body is no longer responding to diet or exercise the way it used to

  • May be exploring labs, GLP-1, or HRT support

 

This work focuses on:

  • Strength training to preserve and build lean muscle

  • Nutrition strategies that stabilize blood sugar and support metabolism

  • Nervous system and recovery support

  • Hormone-aware adjustments as your body changes

 

Medical integration is included when appropriate, but always within a lifestyle-first framework.

Foundations Membership

Ongoing coaching for women who want structure, guidance, and accountability without full 1:1 support.

This is designed for women who are ready to implement the foundations consistently and want continued direction as their body adapts.

 

Best suited for women who:

  • Are consistent with workouts and nutrition but not seeing the results they expect

  • Want a clear structure to follow without overcomplicating things

  • Don’t need intensive 1:1 coaching, but still want expert guidance

  • Value accountability and ongoing adjustments

 

Includes:

  • One 60-minute initial session

  • Personalized protocol built around the Healthy Foundations pillars

  • Monthly group coaching call (education + Q&A)

  • Monthly feedback and adjustments based on follow-up responses

  • Are in their 30s or 40s and noticing shifts in metabolism, energy, or body composition

  • Are already exercising and trying to eat well, but not seeing the same results
