Helping Women Navigate Perimenopause With Clarity, Strength, and Strategy
Healthy Foundations was built for women going through perimenopause who are disciplined, driven, and frustrated that their body is no longer responding the way it used to.

This is strategic metabolic coaching designed to restore strength, energy, and clarity without extreme dieting.

Why I Do This Work
My path into metabolic health was not theoretical.

In my early 20s, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and struggled for years with chronic stomach pain and food sensitivities.

I worked with multiple physicians. I followed protocols. I searched for answers.

What I learned was this:
Managing symptoms is not the same as rebuilding systems.

Through years of experimentation, education, and structured changes in how I fueled and supported my body, I began restoring stability. That process required discipline, but more importantly, it required strategy.

That experience shaped how I coach today.
My Path to Perimenopause Coaching
I didn’t start my career thinking I’d specialize in perimenopause. I started as a coach focused on metabolic health and strength — but the women showing up for coaching in their late 30s and 40s weren’t just struggling with “motivation” or “discipline.”
They were struggling with:
• Unexplained weight changes
• Lost strength despite consistent training
• Sleep disruptions
• Energy fluctuations
• Mood swings
• Recovery setbacks
They weren’t failing — their physiology was simply different.

That’s when I began studying the hormone transition that most women never talk about: perimenopause — the years leading up to menopause when estrogen, progesterone, and metabolic signaling shift.

Over time this became my focus: helping women whose bodies are responding differently than they used to not because of a lack of effort, but because their hormones changed.
What Makes This Work Different
Most health coaching talks about calories, macros, steps, or workouts in isolation. But perimenopause requires a different lens — one that understands that:
• Estrogen fluctuation affects fat storage and muscle retention
• Progesterone decline affects sleep and stress resilience
• Insulin sensitivity changes how the body uses carbohydrates
• Cortisol becomes more disruptive when unmanaged
• Recovery becomes slower unless supported intentionally

In perimenopause, the old rules don’t apply in the same way — and doing more of what once worked usually backfires.
My approach integrates:
• Hormone-aware metabolic strategy
• Preservation-centered strength programming
• Symptom regulation and recovery systems
• Education that turns confusion into clarity

This work is not about restriction. It’s about strategy rooted in physiology.
Why Perimenopause Matters
Perimenopause is not “just aging.”
It’s a hormonally driven transition that begins, on average, in your 40s and can last years — impacting metabolism, mood, sleep, and your body’s response to training and nutrition.
When you understand the why — why your hunger feels different, why strength gains stall, why energy dips, why sleep fragments — you gain the leverage to respond with strategy instead of frustration.
I help women reframe their experience from:
“Why isn’t this working?”
to
“I understand what’s happening — and I can respond strategically.”
Who I Serve
I specialize in coaching women who:
• Are in early to mid-perimenopause
• Notice changes in weight, strength, or energy
• Have tried traditional caloric restriction or high-volume training with limited results
• Want a long-term, sustainable strategy — not one more quick fix
• Are ready to understand their bodies instead of wish it were different
This isn’t about aesthetic goals alone.
It’s about functional strength, metabolic resiliency, hormonal literacy, and long-term wellbeing.
My Training & Credentials
I combine coaching psychology, metabolic education, and strength principles to serve women navigating midlife change.

Certifications and Training:
• Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Holistic Health Coach
• Hormone Health Certification
• ACE Certified Personal Trainer
• Ongoing continuing education in metabolic and midlife physiology

Each certification informs a structured, practical coaching model that prioritizes safety, sustainability, and independence. I combine lived experience with structured coaching frameworks.

Healthy Foundations does not provide medical care or prescribe medication. Coaching is designed to complement appropriate medical oversight.
My Philosophy
You don’t need to fight your body — you need to understand it.

Perimenopause introduces new variables.
The answer isn’t harder workouts or stricter eating.
It’s smart strategy built around how your hormones, metabolism, and nervous system interact.

My role is to help women see the patterns instead of being trapped by them.
