This work is designed for women who feel like their body has changed—and the strategies that used to work no longer feel supportive or effective.
I created Healthy Foundations because I saw how many women were trying to force results in bodies that were already overwhelmed.
Eating less. Exercising more. Pushing harder. Starting over again and again.
And for many women—especially during seasons of hormone shifts, perimenopause, fertility challenges, chronic stress, or changing metabolism—those approaches eventually stop working the way they once did.
Not because the body is failing.
Because it’s adapting.
Over time, I became increasingly aware of how deeply stress, nervous system load, undernourishment, and modern “push through it” health culture were affecting women’s bodies—including my own relationship with health and performance.
I saw how many women were disconnected from what their body was actually communicating while still trying to do everything “right.”
That realization shaped the way I approach women’s health today.
A Different Approach
The Healthy Foundations Method is built around restoring how the body functions as a whole.
Rather than isolating symptoms or relying on more restriction and intensity, my work focuses on supporting the deeper systems influencing how a woman feels physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This includes:
-
metabolism and blood sugar stability
-
strength and body composition
-
nervous system regulation
-
stress and recovery
-
hormones and life-stage shifts
-
relationship with the body
-
sustainable structure and daily rhythms
I believe health should feel supportive—not punishing.
That consistency becomes easier when the body feels safe enough to respond.
And that women deserve approaches that are both grounded in physiology and deeply human.
How I Coach
My coaching style is structured, supportive, and individualized.
I combine evidence-informed strategy with practical lifestyle support to help women feel more steady, resilient, and connected to themselves again—not just temporarily improved.
This work is not about perfection.
It’s about building a body that feels:
-
stronger
-
calmer
-
more responsive
-
more supported in everyday life
I want women to feel like they can exhale here.
Not because we avoid structure—but because we finally create structure that works with the body instead of constantly against it.
Medical Integration (Optional)
When appropriate, clients also have access to optional medical support through a trusted third-party provider.
This may include:
-
hormone therapy
-
GLP-1 support
-
lab testing and interpretation
-
other medical options when clinically appropriate
Medical support is never the foundation of the work.
It is used as a supportive tool within a larger, comprehensive approach.
Outside of Coaching
Outside of my work, I’m deeply drawn to slower, grounded living—time outdoors, strength training, nature, rhythm, creating supportive environments, and the small daily rituals that help us reconnect to ourselves.
Those values naturally shape the experience I create inside Healthy Foundations.

A More Personal Note
My approach to women’s health was shaped not only through education and coaching, but through my own experience of feeling like something in my body was off long before I understood what was actually happening.
In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and found myself navigating a healthcare experience that often felt incomplete and unsupported. I knew something deeper was contributing to how I felt, but I wasn’t finding many answers.
That experience pushed me to begin learning everything I could about women’s health, hormones, metabolism, nutrition, and how the body adapts under stress.
Not long after, I also began struggling with insulin resistance and many of the metabolic symptoms that so many women quietly deal with for years.
Several years later, while trying to conceive my first son, I found myself once again searching for deeper answers around hormones and women’s physiology. During that season, I completed my hormone health certification and became increasingly passionate about specializing in women’s hormone and metabolic health.
That education—and the deeper understanding it gave me of the female body—completely changed the way I approached health, both personally and professionally.
I later became pregnant with my second son on the first try, and over the years have continued refining a more integrated approach to women’s health that supports metabolism, nervous system regulation, nourishment, strength, and long-term sustainability together rather than in isolation.
I still deeply understand what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t seem to be responding the way it should.
And that’s why my work is focused on helping women feel more supported, more informed, and more connected to what their body is actually asking for—rather than constantly fighting against it.
If your body feels different, it is.
Let’s understand what it needs—and how to support it.
