Nutrition for Women is a course in women's nutrition like you've never experienced before. The program will run for 6 weeks, from January 20th - February 24th. Cost: $199 What you'll get: - Every other Saturday, you'll receive a video (around 60 minutes) and resources on one of the three principles of Nutrition for Women. - Weekly challenges on how to implement these principles into your every day life. - Two 45 minute one-on-one sessions with Bri. One at the beginning of the program and one at the end. (Valued at over $400!) Join Bri for a comprehensive educational course on how to begin fueling your body with nutrition that increases your metabolic health and meets your many different nutritional needs. We deep dive into how your nutrition is the base layer of your health. Without proper nutrition, our bodies begin to try to compensate for unmet needs. This compensation can look like: struggles with weight loss/gain, digestive issues, PMS issues, poor sleep quality, slowed metabolism, imbalanced hormones and daily fatigue (just to name a few). This course is ideal for any woman that is interested in fueling their body properly for a healthy, vibrant life - no matter what stage of life you're in. At the end of this program, we believe that you'll feel fully empowered to make the right nutritional choices for your body's true needs and be able to build a strong foundation for you to live your most vibrant and healthy life upon.
