Are you struggling to juggle motherhood, work, relationships and life in general while also wondering when the heck you’re supposed to take care of yourself? The Healthy Mom Workshop was created for moms who are anxious to prioritize their health but are finding it difficult while also prioritizing everything else in life. Over the 4 weeks, I’ll educate you on how to strengthen the foundation of your health while minimizing the time spent on it. I’ll challenge you to take inventory of your life, your habits, where your time is spent and get clear on who you want to be, what you want to prioritize and what you want your life to look like. Health is not reserved for those with loads of extra time or those without kids. Your health doesn’t need hours a day, just effective habits that help sustain and optimize it. Each week, I’ll deliver you a lesson to your inbox that is anywhere from 10-20 minutes in an audio recording format so you can listen to it anytime! While doing the dishes, commuting, going for a walk, ect. Each lesson will be accompanied by a challenge that is designed to help you get to where you want to be.
