Over the course of 6 weeks, we deep dive into how your nutrition is the base layer of your health. Without proper nutrition, our bodies begin to try to compensate for unmet needs. If your nutrition is inadequate, you may be experiencing:
struggles with weight loss/gain,
digestive issues,
PMS issues,
poor sleep quality,
slowed metabolism,
imbalanced hormones,
and daily fatigue (just to name a few).​

During the 6 weeks, every other Saturday, you will get access to one of the 3 educational sessions discussing our 3 nutrition principles and how to implement them into your everyday life.
You will also meet with me twice throughout the six weeks to clarify any questions you may have and how to effectively implement the tools to meet your specific needs.
